Meet Your Instructors
Ralph Cook
Ralph’s interest in CPR and First Aid began in high school in 1985. After learning with the Red Cross and a local fire department, he helped teach a school first aid class. A family emergency strengthened his commitment to lifesaving education. He became a Red Cross instructor in December 2008 and continued teaching through his military service.
Shawn Biddle
Shawn began teaching CPR and First Aid in 2016 while serving with the US Navy in Bahrain. He taught incoming security personnel through American Heart Association training and later continued with the American Red Cross. After meeting Ralph at a subsequent command, they worked together and helped develop the business.
