Refund Policy
Product Returns
Request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Items must be unused or unworn, with tags, original packaging and proof of purchase. Contact hollywoodcprbookings@gmail.com before sending anything back. Unapproved returns are not accepted. For approved returns, return instructions and a shipping label are provided.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Inspect your order when it arrives and contact us promptly about damage, defects or incorrect items.
Exceptions and Exchanges
Sale items, gift cards, perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids and gases cannot be returned. For an exchange, arrange an approved return and purchase the replacement separately.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting a return, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing may take longer. Contact us if more than 15 business days have passed since approval.
